EARLY BIRTHDAY FUN

We went to my Dad's yesterday and spent some time with him for Father's Day. It was a great afternoon with gorgeous weather. While there, they surprised Kenidi with a little cake and ice cream for an early birthday celebration. Kenidi's birthday is actually this Wednesday, the 18th. However, since we were there, they gave her some goodies early. In the picture below, my Dad and Step Mom Cathy are helping Kenidi blow her #5 candle out. Cathy's birthday is also on the 18th of June. Happy early birthday to you too Cath!

ABOVE & BELOW: They are itty baby twins from the American Girl Doll Store. Yes, Papa braved that store in downtown Chicago with Grandma Cathy a couple of weeks ago. Thanks guys - she loves them! :)

Gosh knows he wouldn't want her hit by a car like his own daughter was in Florida years ago. Yes, I was the dork who was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street on Spring Break. And yeap, Dixie lives right across the street from my Dad and Cathy's. We love that!
