Store Policies

To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "View Cart" link and proceed to checkout.

For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account. Please note that we no longer accept money orders or cashiers checks due to the fact that individuals were placing orders and then payment was not being sent.  Unfortunately, it affects our inventory status when an order is placed and then payment is never received for the item(s).  Therefore, the only method of payment we accept now is pay pal.  Thanks so much for your understanding. 

A sales tax of 6% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Indiana.

Delivery times vary from product to product. Some of our custom products are individually constructed and created at the time your order is placed and considered made-to-order, please allow 3-6 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping.   Angelica Grace Designs will make every effort to expedite your order, however we work with many artisans and manufactures therefore shipping schedules may vary and can exceed 6 weeks on occasion. You will be notified by email or phone when your order has shipped.  We do ship in stock items within 72 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping charges are as follows:

Order total up to $35.00 = $5 shipping charge
$35.01 to $50.00 = $6 shipping charge
$50.01 to $100.00 = $8 shipping charge
$100.01 to $200.00 = $10 shipping charge
$200.01 & up = $13 shipping charge

Order total up to $199.99 = $45.00 shipping charge
$200 to $299.99 = $65.00 shipping charge
$300 to $450.99 = $125 shipping charge
$451 to $650.99 = $175.99 shipping charge
Over $651.00 and up = please call for quote
These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.  International Shipping Rates including Alaska & Hawaii will be calculated upon our receipt of the order. Our website does not calculate international shipping rates. Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. All International Orders are subject to review, and we reserve the right to mark an order as canceled if we feel the payment is not legitimate. It is best to contact us ahead of time before placing an international order. We do not ship all of our products internationally. If the furniture or merchandise you ordered exceeds the weight and size standards for shipping with UPS or FedEx, shipping will be arranged with a Freight Carrier.

Angelica Grace Designs goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. 

Non-furniture & Non-custom designed purchases
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify AGD within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns can be exchanged for an item or items of equal or greater value with something else in our store but we do not offer full refunds.  In order to do the exchange, you must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at: Angie@AngelicaGraceDesigns.com. All exchanges must be unused and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. If you fail to notify AGD of your desire to replace your purchase within the 10 business day window, or if Angelica Grace Designs suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, AGD will either issue an exchange credit for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no exchanges or credit after 10 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded by AGD. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your credit. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.

AGD reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

Furniture & Custom Designed Orders
All furniture and custom-designed bedding, accessories, select gifts or other made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, AGD cannot accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final.

Shipment Refusal
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged
AGD is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services. You can email us at Angie@AngelicaGraceDesigns.com

AGD upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who craft our products. Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask an AGD consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.

You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
